Citadel Contrast Paint: Kroxigor Scales (18ml)
Achieve a vibrant, deep ocean-turquoise finish with instant shading and highlighting using this innovative single-coat hobby paint. Formulated as a Citadel Contrast paint, its unique high-flow medium behaves like a thick wash and a glaze combined, allowing bold turquoise pigments to run off high surfaces and pool cleanly into recesses to do the work of three steps in one go.
Why You’ll Love It
- Instant contrast formula: Automatically shadows scales and muscle creases with a deep teal tone while leaving clean, energetic turquoise highlights on raised edges with a single brushstroke.
- Vibrant aquatic blue: Engineered to deliver a striking, tropical blue-green hue that is perfect for fast-tracking reptilian monsters, alien carapace, and magical elements.
- Massive time saver: Eliminates the need to separately apply tricky blue-green base coats, complex shading washes, and multiple layer highlights, drastically reducing the time spent at your painting desk.
- Smooth flow properties: Specially formulated to glide effortlessly across smooth plastic, resin, and metal surfaces when applied over a light contrast primer.
