Citadel Contrast Paint: Stormfiend (18ml)
Achieve a deep, moody teal-blue finish with instant shading and highlighting using this innovative single-coat hobby paint. Formulated as a Citadel Contrast paint, its unique high-flow medium behaves like a thick wash and a glaze combined, allowing rich blue-green pigments to glide off high surfaces and pool cleanly into recesses to do the work of three steps in one go.
Why You’ll Love It
- Instant contrast formula: Automatically shadows recesses with a dark navy-teal tone, tints flat panels with a rich sea-blue finish, and leaves crisp highlights on raised edges with a single brushstroke.
- Rich deep teal shade: Engineered to deliver a heavily pigmented, dark turquoise-blue hue that adds striking depth to sci-fi armor panels and aquatic fantasy figures.
- Massive time saver: Eliminates the need to separately apply tricky dark teal base coats, recess shades, and fine edge highlights, drastically reducing the time spent at your painting desk.
- Smooth flow properties: Specially formulated to glide effortlessly across smooth plastic, resin, and metal surfaces when applied over a light contrast primer.
